Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for:

Damaged or defective items (must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order)

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos if the product is damaged.

Certain items such as sale items, custom orders, or limited edition drops are non-exchangeable.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
